1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using Cachesweep for macOS or any services provided by Digital DreamWorks ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the software.

2. Software License (Cachesweep for macOS)

Upon purchasing a Cachesweep Pro license:

  • Grant of License: Digital DreamWorks grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime license to install and run Cachesweep on up to 5 personal Mac computers owned or operated by you.
  • Free Tier: The free tier of Cachesweep permits up to 3 GB of cleaning volume for testing and evaluation purposes. Full feature access and unlimited volume require an activated Pro license.
  • Restrictions: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, resell, lease, sublicense, or distribute unauthorized license keys for the software.

3. Payments, Fulfillment & Licensing

All software licenses are fulfilled digitally immediately upon successful checkout via our authorized sales platforms (Gumroad, Lemon Squeezy, or Razorpay). You will receive an email confirmation containing your unique license key and download link. You are responsible for safeguarding your license key.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Cachesweep is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. While Cachesweep is engineered with extensive safety safeguards (such as non-destructive skeleton recreation and dry-run directory size calculation), Digital DreamWorks shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.

5. Intellectual Property

All title, ownership, trademarks, and intellectual property rights in and to Cachesweep, the Digital DreamWorks brand, website assets, and documentation remain the sole property of Digital DreamWorks.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
